SPCubs3: Old Style Cubs Wrigley Field, 16 oz. cobalt blue pints. Not in our regular pint listing as we just have a limited number available! These were distributed in the Chicago area in 2007, and we were able to get a few sets from a Chicago area beer distributor. Set of 3: $26 Thee are three different glasses in the set. 1. Wrigley Field, Home of the Chicago Cubs. The first permanent concession stand in baseball was located in Wrigley Field (then Weeghman Park) when it opened in 1914. However, there is no truth to the persistent rumor that the same vendor still mans that stand. Old Style. At home in Wrigley since 1950. 2. Wrigley Field, Home of the Chicago Cubs. Winds "blowing in" to Wrigley off Lake Michigan knock down potential homers, while winds "blowing out" from the southwest turn harmless fly balls into homers. Hot air "blowing over" from opposing fans seated in the next row is best ignored. Old Style. At home in Wrigley since 1950. 3. Wrigley Field, Home of the Chicago Cubs. The tradition of singing "Take Me Out to the Ballgame" began at Wrigley Field, as did the tradition of signing the National Anthem before every game.
